Spreading the Word
Relationships are what Camp Nor’wester is all about. Campers and staff make lifelong friendships, while new campers and staff come to Nor’wester because friends have encouraged them to do so.
We want the Nor’wester community to stay connected and the internet has made this extremely easy. Gone are the high long-distance phone bills of decades past!
As you correspond with Nor’wester friends via online communities we ask that you give thoughtful consideration to what appears on your personal spaces and whether it reflects the values Nor’wester embodies. We create a summer community where people and property are treated with respect, campers are engaged in age appropriate activities, and no one is subjected to intimidation or bullying. Those same values should be present on any site claiming association with the Camp.
Thank you for promoting (and protecting) the positive reputation that Camp Nor’wester has developed over the past seven decades.
