Greetings Parents and Families,
We are eagerly awaiting our dear campers to arrive here on Johns within the next hour! The boats have left Anacortes Marina and soon the campers will be running through our welcome tunnel at the dock. This is one of our favorite times because everything we’ve been planning for all year kicks-off in this very moment!
Our staff members couldn’t be more excited and ready. We’ve just gone through a memorable two weeks of training learning best practices from guest speakers on working with children, team building activities, skills in authentic relating, camp traditions, policies and participating in every aspect of getting camp in tip-top shape for the arrival of our campers.
We will be sure to let you know that everyone arrives safely tonight and will try to post a few pictures as well. Thank you for trusting us with your children and we look forward to an incredible session!
