The last week of the session is a week filled with special evenings and unique events. Following our all-camp Opry House on Sunday night, on Tuesday our oldest campers put on an event of their own: Coffee House. This themed and festive fete in the Lodge features performers from the Wayfarer, Troubadour, Islander, and Mountaineer units who present in front of an audience of their peers. It’s a once-a-session gathering for the eldest campers to share their talents with one another in an intimate setting.

Entering the Lodge was like stepping into a lavishly-decorated auditorium on Prom House night!

Hosted by the Woodland (2nd year) Troubadours, this year’s Coffee House was a wonderful evening of live music and other performances, refreshments, and “Prom House” themed decorations.

Campers donned their best apparel for the session’s fanciest evening.

Today marks the first day of the Cascade Games, which serve as our closing ceremonies and a big, joyful, two-day celebration of the session we’ve spent together. It’s hard to believe we’re nearing the end of Second Session, but there are still plenty of fantastic events and activities in store before we say goodbye!
